"I meant to post this review back in September! My family and I went to this shoe company as we were looking for good walking shoes for one of the theme parks we were going to. I was disappointed of the two young hispanic employees. One had long fake nails and both had long dark hair. Both these individuals were on their phones ignoring all the customers coming into the store. Horrible customer services...first off! Neither of these two employees checked on us, to see if we needed any help! Upon checking out, both were still on their phones and the young lady with long nails seemed rude, like we were bothering them!!! I truly hope this is not a normal practice for this company to allow employees on their cell phones when you have good paying customers ìn this establishment! We won't be coming back or would recommend! There are plenty of other shoes places in the area that want our business!"

"I give the store a five star my family loves the shoes there but the customer service I got today June 18 was the worst customer service ever staff cursing at customers and telling my husband and I we don’t belong here, threatening to call police that was nearby went outside and call them because I was asking questions and she’s at fault the cashier find I was asking to much questions she could of told me she didn’t understand and tell us go and learn to speak English when we come from a English speaking country. Some Spanish customer service people need to stop discriminating against people because of race and color. I won’t lie she raised her voice I did the same. I’m a customer service worker and I would never address a customer that way that’s why I was so upset and couldn’t keep my mouth closed. Spanish is not America first language, English speaking people don’t have to learn Spanish because they don’t want to make and enough to learn English. I’m not discriminating but the don’t belong here really got me upset. The lady who worked last Sunday was so nice. We all are equal in the eyes of god."

The variety of shoes for the whole family is pretty extensive and the prices cannot be beat elsewhere. I've found my new shoe place besides shopping online."
