"Avoid this one, they have nice people at the counter but that’s where it ends. Supervisor genuinely uninterested in fixing a mistake made by Goodwill. Simple error that an employee mislabeled a pair of pants the incorrect size. Noticed in the parking lot that the manufacturers listed size was different to what was written on the Goodwill tag. When I returned inside I was told all sales are final no returns. This was backed up by a manager to whom I couldn’t speak to or reach by phone also uninterested in doing the right thing. I accepted that there was no path to getting my money back or offer to exchange to a pair that was marked with correct size that fit me. I left the pants with them at the counter as I have no use for them. The supervisor assured me not to worry someone else will buy them to which I requested she give them away for free as I had already paid for them. This may come off as petty to some but a place that sells donated, second hand also known as “returned” items does not accept returned items…. Not to mention items that have their branded Goodwill tag still attached from only 10 minutes before, receipt in hand, same cashier even (who again was very kind and helpful) Not to mention when the return revolves around the mechanical mistake of someone writing the wrong size on Goodwills behalf. Their mislabeling even confused the person stocking the floor because they sorted in the area corresponding to Goodwills hand written size. Go figure. As someone who thrifts often, treat yourself to one of the other fantastically run Goodwill locations in the area, this one is not it. Hopefully Gary and the ownership sorts this management team out soon, or even better close it and make way for a private second hand store in that area."
"One of the worst goodwills in the area. Employees talking vulgar and cussing openly about customers. Lots of items missing prices. Will never be back."
"Witnessed pure hatred from an employee on Sunday November 19th, 2023. I was shopping when I heard a woman struggling to explain to the woman employee her phone number due to English not being her first language. She was being repeatedly bullied, and mocked by employees in front of her children all because they could not understand her phone number. The employee aggressively said to the customer “I CAN NOT READ THAT. I’M NOT REQUIRED TO KNOW SPANISH TO WORK HERE. LEARN ENGLISH IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE HERE.” My boyfriend was able to assist. After experiencing this I was absolutely disgusted. Inhumane treatment. They should be ashamed by how they treated another human being who still payed them."
"Nice clean store with well organized sections. Also has some new clothes with labels. Electronics section is lacking."
"The store is a nice size and looked clean. They have a good variety of items. Including items for those who likes to purchase low price items and resale it online. I only saw 3 people working. They are kind of in their own world. I found the book area very interesting. I purchase a book for my daughter that is going to study Nursing. The book was in perfect condition. My husband found a baseball mitten in great condition and I'm coming back for the Movies, TV shows and Music items they have very well organized. They are easy to search and find any tittle you are looking. At the checkout we had to wait a bit cause the person was busy putting merchandize in the aisles. I felt a bid bad for her since she is an elderly lady. I think she could get sick very easy with all this "covid" situation. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this store."
