"Mike this is for you because I know you saw my original review. I’m editing this because although I’m not completely satisfied, I feel like it’s the right thing to do. I don’t want to hurt your business in any way and I understand things happen. The communication certainly could have been better especially the part where I wasn’t charged for the hats and asked to pay for them when I picked up my order. That caught me off guard as I did not place the order, my wife did, but somebody could have sent me a message explaining that prior to when I arrived especially since the order was placed early September. I’m not looking for freebies just what I paid for and with that said me and my daughter love the shirts but wished we were treated in a manner by the business that made us feel more valued as a customer. Nobody ever offered an apology for the delay or for the mix up with the hats. I hope you see this change and understand my side of things. Have a blessed day."
