"The employees that work there are not nice. They will not acknowledge that you walk in door . Try to order at register is impossible. Unless you are one of their friends they act they do not even acknowledge that you are standing there trying to order. They all need a class in customer service"

"In the past we have had decent experiences in the drive through at the Callaway McDonald's. Today was the exception.. We were shorted our chicken nuggets, our large fries(2 orders) were cold and one of the Big Mac's had the ingredients hanging of one side, and no receipt to be found. I know good help is hard to find. There won't be a next time for awhile."

"My husband was trying to get us a quick and easy dinner as we just had a baby a couple days ago. He waiting thirty mins in line just to get the wrong order. So he walks to get our order, and all the employees are being passive aggressive screaming and cursing each other out. He didn't get a recipe and one of the employees walked out after saying that a customer didnt get an item and the other worker said they "didnt care what a customer said". He was there for an hour and 10 mins. This started about 5:50 on Jan 10th if you'd like to see the cameras."

"We used the kiosk to order. That process was fine. We found that things weren't restocked like straws for the drinks. There was a bit of a customer service piece missing. The bathrooms looked like that hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. Items had been restocked but my daughter wouldn't even sit down to use the restroom while we were there."

"I used to love McDonald’s on Tyndall Parkway until they hired a new staff I’m assuming, because every time I order online or I go through the drive-through something is missing this is my sixth time going through the drive-through and my order has been messed up and I’m gonna have pictures this time to show, because I am absolutely positively 100% tired of this non-consistent and non-caring staff. I just had a manager called me today saying she was going to straighten this out. The minute they saw my mobile order come through it should’ve been taken care of. Enough is enough! people are spending their hard earned money and we are supposed to get good quality service and food. You guys need to take more care and precaution when you are handling people food!"
