"This is to the manager: I came in yesterday to purchase some things and stood at the counter for several moments and no one came up to check me out, they were in the back talking and playing, I then yelled out that I needed to check out, still no one, yelled several times, then screamed, the girl running the register at 12 noon yesterday, 12/1/23 finally came up and then made a comment about me yelling,she checked me out and before I walked out the door told me she hoped my day got better! Your kidding! She was very very rude!!!!I know it's hard to find help sometimes but she doesn't need to be working with the public at all!"

"On 6-28 2023 there is a light skin lady that works there at night time during the evening she caught an older woman stealing and ran up to my wife and started accusing my wife my wife then opened her bag and pulled her arms up and said you can search me I don't steal she then the lady said something about another woman stealing and my wife replayed .what's that got to do with me? Then the manager proceeded to threaten my wife and tell her not to return..this is absolutely redundant and I will be pressing charges..I will be reporting this to the corporate office also. This place is nasty and needs some help.horrible customer service."

"It’s 8:30 and been standing outside and calling. The store is still closed , losing customers with not opening store on time, and the delivery guys are locked outside to smh and when she opened the door she said the store is closed."

"When I was purchasing an item three little girls were I. The store. One of those girls asked to use the restroom, I have used this stores restroom before so I knew they had one and that customers could use it, the man behind the counter told the girl who happened to be of color that no they didn’t have a bathroom for public use and also it was blocked by merchandise. I waited for the girls to leave and then I told him I knew they did have a restroom and also that merchandise being in the way of the door sounded like a fire hazard to me. His answered with it’s his managers rule and I could speak to her about it. I tried to call several times with no answer. This is the type of behavior towards kids in general that I can not stand. But also being they were not Anglo it made my blood boil more. This is unacceptable. I will follow up on this. Just wanted to leave this here for those who care ."
