"I used to love this gamestop. Bought all my consoles bought and sold all my games to them. I am ik the bussiness to buy my child a console of their own. Ans when I called them they didn't put me on hold when they went to check if they had it and stock and decided they should trash talk their customer while I could hear the whole thing. It is absolutely appalling they would do this regardless if I'm a long term customer or not. Yall need to do better. And also to all my piers giving bad reviews call corporate they seemed very interested in this stores shirt comings"

"Constantly having to wait till 11:20-11:30 am on Sundays to go in. Store opens at 11am. These people are always late. Like right now waiting outside with several other customers. Outside at 11:15am. Still not open"

"GameStop stores are on decline. People don't want to go to the actual store buy things anymore. The overhead does add to the cost of the items which makes sense. Sometimes it's nice to just immerse yourself in game swag. Bought a used system. It worked. Satisfied."

"I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that I received from Sarah yesterday, 03/01/2022. From the moment I walked in, I was given dirty looks from Sarah and as soon as I approached her she had a horrible attitude! Not only was she extremely rude she was not helpful! There was 2 other customers that were in there with me and when She was asked a question from another customer she just looked at the lady! Jason, her team leader saved the day and was extremely helpful with me and the other customers! If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on paying customers, it’s as simple as that!"
