Applebee's Grill + Bar 2599 Enterprise Road, Orange City, FL 32763

"Sitting in front of what was the store manager (in training) for another Applebees created a most disgusting dining experience for us. I sitting with my back to him but my mother sitting opposite me saw everything he was doing. He was sneezing and blowing his nose right at the table. My mom saw yellow snot come out of his nose when he blew it that it went down the side of his nose, mustache and mouth. At one point my mom saw him get up from the table he was sitting at, go into the kitchen and bring out a plate of food for him to eat. He never got up and went to the bathroom first to wash his hands but was eating with his hands, the same hands that wiped the snot away and picked his nose and ate it. My mother saw him pick his nose and put it in his mouth! He was making some gargling/throaty/grunting sound the whole time we were there (like he struggled to breathe at times). It was sickening and disgusting. Beware of your neighborhood Applebees, as he could end up being the store manager. In my opinion, Applebees should not associate themselves with any person that does not consider proper hygienic practices while in a public restaurant setting to be something to that is mandatory at all times. In good conscience the food and health department should be notified immediately."

"Never had an issue here until today. Waitress was super slow. We were seated and waited about 15 minutes before she showed up. By that time we knew what we wanted so we ordered everything was about another 15 minutes before appetizers came out and then 10 minutes after that for the food. One of the orders was all you could eat and really should have ordered a regular meal because I could not get the food I wanted in the time that I had to eat today. There were tables around us that showed up after we did that got their drinks and food before us. As far as the ambience the music was a little loud and was club music in the middle of the day at lunch time. The restaurant in general was clean and our seating area was clean when we got to it. The glass front doors were filthy to the point that you didn't want to touch the doors to go in or out if you're worried about your hands staying clean. Like I said never had an issue here before but today was just a disappointment"

"Very festive and happy environment! Our waitress Kelsea Fry was the best! She was on the ball bringing drinks before we were out and she was so friendly and outgoing! Highly recommend her! She has the best personality!"

"We had the best server named Yaqui, he is so personable, friendly, accommodating and a good sense of humor. Within the restaurant, we saw a team and really impressed how they all worked together. The bartender was on top of it and Charles ( the new manager) did NOT leave his crew hanging out to dry! He was there to run food, answer questions from patrons and be a strong support for his team! Impressed and will be back! Great job everyone!"
