"The worse, line to pay is incredible long, longer than at any similar store in the area. It's ridiculous, I will not recommend this store, people go to the one in Coral Way and 87th Ave, there the staff truly work hard and sincerely care about us the customers, the ones that keep them employed."

"I recently visited TJ Maxx and was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The wait time at the checkout was unacceptably long, which was frustrating. Additionally, I had to wait for James during his entire lunch hour to assist me with a rug. However, when he finally finished helping me, his negative attitude was evident and he did not take proper care of my needs. This experience was disappointing and left me feeling unsatisfied as a customer. I hope that TJ Maxx addresses these issues to ensure a more efficient and customer-oriented experience in the future."

"Warning, warning, I don’t know where to start to say a horrible, horrible warning, beware horrible place. I went there today I almost passed out. I asked the lady if she had water. She said she was not there to assist people with water. I am handicap I think she was a manager short blondish brown hair in Hispanic lady horrible bad attitude, also, there was another gentleman there that didn’t seem to be wanting to work either. Hispanic guy I think he was a manager to horrible place. I wish I would’ve videotaped everything. They’re horrible place no words but horrible. Horrible place to the company. Send people To see how they behave It’s mostly the Hispanic employees that that do not do their job very well management. There is awful. Have we got to this point that the company doesn’t care They’re laughing at you mostly the Hispanic employees I don’t remember Miami being like that they just walking all over you they don’t care they run things the way they want to"

"Small store, they split both brands in half. Not twice the size as expected. Not so many items as in other places like Bad bath and beyond but the prices are good. Would look for deals here and k line before going to other places. Store alarm keeps going on for almost everybody and is quite annoying. On the other hand while taking photos one employer (maybe the manager) suspected me why I was taking them - in a suspicious way and left only after I told it was Google, but not convinced."
