"Went on my honey moon and expected a wonderful shopping experience at the Quicksilver/Roxy store. Was attempting to choose a bathing suit but due to your merchandising standards you require a grab pole to reach items. I went to ask for assistance and was dismissed and told what they had was what they had. I decided to grab a pole on my own and reach the items I was looking for. The person I asked for help from snatched the pole from me and told him if I needed help to ask. The associate then walked away with the pole not caring that I wanted to look at other items that were out of my reach. I am very disappointed in this store and the way staff handle customers. As a store manager myself I hope that you teach your team some customer engagement and experience because this was a disaster. I will never shop with this company again!"
"Customer service was amazing. I have been looking for a quality bathing suit but not trying to spend a million dollars. Luis Muai was extremely helpful for my boyfriend and I. He recommended a few bathing suits and they are perfect! I ended up getting three quality bathing suits for less than one other places."
