"I drove 18 mins in traffic to get here because I wanted to look at there graphic tee shirts and see if I could find cool platform boots. Any way I walked in the store and a bearded worker walked by me no greeting or any assistance than I approached the check out counter where there where two workers who where standing around and look me directly in eyes and did bothered to ask me for help I was the only one in the store. Maybe they didn't help me because I dont dress like them or because of my race I don't know . I ended up buying 3 shirts,2 pants, and platform boots at a different retailer. Would not recommend if you need customer service"

"The sales associates are great always nice and willing to help. Store is also kept very clean. It's not hard to see why it's one of the few stores left in that mall."

"Place was nice and clean. Staff was awesome. They Definitely go out of their way to make sure your okay and find whatever it is your looking for. Felt very welcoming. The manager Willow was so awesome with my daughter as well as the other girl. People who truly know the meaning of customer service as well."

"Some of their employees are downrite rude and dont even know their store policies!! The minute I said I wanted to make an exchange, the guy started talking down to me insinuating that I could've stole the items. I dont steal, but if I did, it would at least be items I like, not ones I'm gonna put back! In the end he told me he couldn't make an exchange, even after explaining the policy, ignorant. I'd recommend going to a different location!"

The best is the Arctic Fox Hair Color! It is so much better than some of the other similar things on the market. A visit to this store is always a breath of fresh air!!"
