"I have never had an experience like this in a LANE BRYANT store. At no point was I greeted or offered any assistance or even made aware of what specials there were today. There were maybe 3 other shoppers inside of the store. So it wasn't terribly busy. Granted nothing went wrong..it was just a very cold experience and different in comparison to the level of service and hospitality I have been made accustomed to, in shopping with LANE BRYANT over many years.. I was the only person of color in the store at the time and it just felt cold. I am the last person to pull the race card. However, "something" was just very different. Just my perception and perspective."
