"Who is this frizzy haired girl working here tonight at 7pm on Dec 5?? Black hair , glasses and horrible attitude. Doesn't greet you. Doesn't say thank you. I had questions and she shuffled me along and as I was talking to her and started ringing up The guy behind me and talking to them. Why let somebody so miserable Who clearly hates her job and other people -interact with customers?? I will be calling corporate. She Wouldn't even look at me when I was asking her questions. Wouldn't help me at all when I needed help... Just Kept her head down and started ringing up somebody else as I was still asking questions about my purchase and my receipt and ur was still my turn. She may no effort to even help resolve my issue or re-ring my purchases. So unbelievably rude and unhelpful and condescending."

"If I could rate less I would. I understand that most retail workers are overworked and underpaid however the interaction I had in this store on Sunday was unacceptable. Apparently you have to purchase gift cards from a manager only which is not posted anywhere in the store. The regular store employees are not willing to help you with these. They are also not willing to give you gift card receipts when you make gift card purchases. I have never seen such nasty and rude attitudes, my concerns have been turned into their corporate office and I really hope they get the training they so badly need."

"The store assistant Karena yelled at my child to “stop what she is doing” during check out. My 2 year old autistic daughter was napping the whole time in store , as we are about to check out she wakes up and doesn’t make a peep but she grabbed the pole on the shopping cart and shook it for maybe not even 3 seconds not hurting or harming or disturbing anything for the 2 minutes we were cashing out. My husband and I can not believe she raised her voice at our child for NO REASON. Very uncalled for very rude. Called the manager and he didn’t not care what so ever, did not even apologize for her actions. Very wrong. Don’t even get me started on the shopping experience, boxes everywhere you can’t even get to one aisle to the next."

"Was shopping in store when I hear the two lady employees talking to each other or rather complaining about how their day was going. I ignored this as it has become normal thing these days. My lady told me she was ready so I got in line#3 as there was no one there. The cashier was elsewhere but when she appears she tells some lady what was not in either lane that she saw her in line before me and that she was to go before me. This was not true. The lady had gone into #2 looking for something but she even told the lady that she was not in line. When the cashier approached me , I told her that no one was in my lane when I entered and she got angry and said she wouldn't serve me. That's when the other came in support of the other woman and told me that I was to never come to their store again . Goodbye !!!!"
