Walmart Supercenter

"Waited at the fabric counter for an hour and no one helped us. Walked around and asked every employee i could manage to find (there was barely anyone on the floor) and they kept leaving to "call someone who could help us" ended up waiting at the counter for help after they asked for someone to go to the fabric counter over the intercom 5 or 6 times, and every employee who happened to walk by "didn't know how to cut fabric." Obviously this store is allergic to crosstraining their employees. Nobody could or would help us. Employees and managers coming up and running off over and over again to find someone. If you have a fabric counter that is open the entire time the rest of the store is, make sure you have someone in the store who actually knows what to do with it. Absolute waste of time."

"Shopping here is almost quick and easy. Just wish when it's super busy that they would open more registers. I went in there quick to grab a new razor and waited for almost an hour just to check out cause both ends where self checkout were really backed up and only had 1 register open that was also backed up. And it wasn't even a holiday just a normal day"

"I don't think I'll go back to this Walmart. For starters, it's pretty dirty. I know it's older, but it could really use a good scrub. This Walmart still has fabric on bolts. They hate cutting it. I know this because the employee cutting fabric said she couldn't wait for them to get rid of it. The ticket she gave me for the fabric didn't ring up correctly at the register, so I needed assistance. I got a coupon on a box of cereal, but the coupon wouldn't work at the register. An employee said I had to transfer to their register, where the coupon still didn't work, but he questioned me about the other items I'd scanned. Apparently, the price override didn't transfer, but instead of saying that, he asked me over and over about what produce I'd scanned. ( Parsley dude, only parsley). It felt accusatory. After about 8 minutes of this, he still couldn't get the coupon to work. I paid and told him to give me the cereal, and I'd go to customer service. They couldn't get the coupon to work either, and said I had the wrong box. Now I see the guy from the register has followed me to customer service and is standing on the side listening, pretending to break down boxes. Finally, I showed the lady that I had the right cereal and she gave me the coupon price. This Kashi cereal better be worth it."

"We had trouble making a return. An older white haired lady gave us nothing but attitude but thankfully another associate came over and assisted us and processed the return. Clean store with mostly helpful staff. Bathrooms were clean and stocked."
