"The guy who answered the phone was so rude! I asked him the cost to shave and bathe a dog. He said it depends.. I asked him what does it depend on and he hangs up on me. I then call him back and he answers immediately and says write us online. We’re booked for three weeks. And hurried off the line. I realize that the price would depend on the size of my dog, maybe location, but a dog owner wants to feel the person putting their hands on their dog is nice! If customer service is that poor nothing makes me feel he will treat my dog any better. Sad to say but I do not recommend him only from a phone call that honestly could’ve been a lot more professional!"
