"I was in this store 3 times to get my prescribed medicine, and I didn't get it . The pharmacist asked me to update my insurance information and said it's not working. I came the next day with my insurance card... not working. I came again... not working. I had to call insurance, and all the information was correct. The insurance lady was very nice, and she called the CVS herself, and she "investigated" what the pharmacist didn't pay attention all the numbers on my card. I will never come back to this pharmacy again."

"Not the first time I've reported this location. Today the "pharmacist "?? (Nico) Was asked about a product. He said no such item. My friend called me. I told this pharmacist exactly where it would be...he was argumentative...My friend, with my help, found it. This particular CVS needs corporate to train the staff."

"Came to find something to help with severe flu symptoms. Got no help. I had to spend a good 40 minutes before someone actually helped find what the pharmacist recommended just for it to end up being an immune supporting vitamin which will NOT do anything to help fast. When I came to the cashier, I was only then told that I needed to provide a photo id to buy it. Nowhere in the store did it say that. I just went back home and was pretty pissed about spending almost an hour to leave from there. Pharmacy is rude, and no one wants to help when I clearly need to talk to them for 30 seconds. At one point, I was waiting to talk to the pharmacist for 15 minutes just for her to leave while i was talking."

"The staff are generally pleasant and nice, but the male pharmacist who works there is unbelievably rude, full of himself and ignorant. He really does need a serious course on customer relations, and I truly hope they give it to him."

"This place is FILTHY! The staff behind the counter of the pharmacy are unorganized, and only a couple of them are decent. The first day I waited for a prescription they were all disheveled and the young woman behind the counter was RUDE. The next day was slightly better, at least the pharmacy staff seemed happy. I give 2 stars because the same day photo is aways good. But for 2 days straight i see the same garbage on the floor. When is the last time this CVS was vacuumed ??"
