"Was kind of between, 2 and 3 stars when writing this review, but I will just go with 3 stars for my overall experience with this company and 1 star on today’s visit. My mother usually brings him here on my behalf as I am most of the time unavailable to do so and it’s been a year or 2 of him getting groomed here. One big issue that I can bring myself to acknowledge is the inconsistency of quality. I can somewhat understand that since there are different groomers available and your dog will not have the same person every time, sooooo it would be hard to expect the perfect cut every single visit. So sometimes I am very content with how his haircut has come out and other times I am questionable about the outcome. I feel like today’s cut was one of the worse haircuts I’ve seen, to the point where I don’t think I’ll try my luck in bringing him back. My mom usually presents the staff with a detailed text describing what I would like his haircut to look like and today seems like they completely just decided to do their own thing. All we can do now is wait for his hair to grow out and try our luck at another company. However, I would like to add that staff is really nice, especially the receptionist she’s sweet and very accommodating in getting an appointment, but my main issue is just the lack consistency when it comes to quality and after today's visit i'm just really put in a position where i can’t settle for the it anymore."
