"Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The new owner lies! She told me I could drop my dog off at 9:00 and pick her up after work, at 2:30. I did that once and the groomer, Lisa, did a very nice grooming. I was happy and scheduled another appointment. When I dropped the dog off, I was told that they’d call when she was done - I explained that the owner told me I could leave her there until 2:30. They called her and she said no - she said it wasn’t good for the dog!!!! I tried to reach her several times but she’s never actually in the store. Her prices are very high and the young kids who work there are rude - - stay away - - go anywhere else. UPDATE: First, I doubt she was upset as she is a kennel trained dog. However - the fact that it took you 5 months to reply to this review tells a lot about how you do business - Second - why you had a high school girl tell me instead of you calling me to explain what you were thinking is beyond rude and cowardly. My review remains - stay away!"
