"This is the first pharmacy that I have not experienced an overwhelming sense of dread & hopelessness at when dealing with staff, which is refreshing. This is also the first pharmacy that has called me to warn me about a medication that might cause a potential allergic reaction based off my allergen history (despite taking the medication for 9 years and having the known allergen history on file for even longer). Eniko is what sets this pharmacy apart from others, as she is very understanding, empathetic, & thorough."

"Most pharmacies in Florida drive me crazy. This is no exception. The pharmacists are superb. I love them. They are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is helpful BUT - they do not have enough staff and the line is usually very long. They are all working as hard and fast as is humanly possible but be prepared to wait — and wait - and wait."

"The pharmacist was rude, like she had a bad day. Her tone was demeaning and after having to give her my father's date of birth 3 times, repeating the year and her repeating the wrong date, she scolded me saying that I was loud, and she could hear me fine. Apparently, she had a problem between 1957 and 1927. Not only was she rude, but she gave us one wrong prescription and didn't give us a second prescription that my dad needed. What incompetence! I won't turn this into an issue now with management but will most certainly get in contact with CEO Karen S. Lynch of CVS, and report this. There are too many unemployed pharmacists looking for work to put up with this one."
