"This was the first and last time visiting this Gucci store, my wife and I were excited to buy our first Gucci shoes ,unfortunately our last time there too.We purchased one pair of shoes for each of us but for my wife they only put one shoe inside the box, when we opened the box at home we realized that one shoe was missing!!!.We have to return to the store next day to ask to the manager how that was possible since the only costumer at that time were us???.Also we spoke on our way out with more costumer having other issues with the store like delivering wrong belts, wrong purses and more. If you want to buy in this store think twice, apparently they don’t care about costumer care any more."
