"One of the employees is SO rude. I was literally shopping for clothes and she asked me “are you waiting for your mom? oh ok.. can you just sit down so you’re not blocking the aisle for other customers.” Like girl the clothes “my mom” was buying were mine and I was looking to buy another $129 skirt too. No wonder there isn’t anyone shopping in this storw. Won’t be giving this place my money anymore, so funny how if you LOOK young you get given attitude. PLUS the manager was nearby, and she still treated me rudely. A regular employee having a power trip. She was wearing a black blazer with black pants while hawking the front of the store and looked old with crusty makeup that looked expired. P.S. I am double booted as I just had surgery on both of my feet and she made me limp across the store to “sit down” like a dog so that other customers could see. Hilariously inconsiderate."

"I am writing this review because i went in yesterday sunday with my 6 month baby and my nephew and I wanted to shout what happened and what i felt yesterday..... I went in yesterday and as a new mom decided to buy myself something nice since i was returning to work. I did look like a mess since i am still new with this mom thing. Wearing shorts and a gym tshirt and sandals. I have always bought at ann taylor so i figured why not. I tried a couple of pieces, I came in and one of the attendants gave my son the ugliest look since he was a little tired. There were no attendants in the fitting rooms and decided to go right in and i noticed several clothing scattered in the fitting rooms by other customers that left them there in the big fitting rooms. So i tried on a couple of clearance dresses and shirts and no one ever came to the fitting rooms as they were unattended. I decided to purchase 2 dresses and as i was being rung up one of the associates came up with two sensors cut off it appeared and talking about someone stealing and on.They kept talking really loud for me to hear and it was beyond obvious they thought i was stealing . I was mad and embarrassed they were making a show that a i just left without saying anything. I guess if you don't walk in with an expensive outfit and expensive purse they look at you as if you are not welcomed. What bothered me the most is the way they looked at my son."
