"There is always something going on with the hours open to the public. I called last night at 7 pm even though according to google they are open until 9 pm and nobody picked up the phone neither there was a message or an option to leave a message. I decided to go today at 11:00 a.m.. There is a sign on the door that the store is closed temporarily. Nobody was there or any indications as to when they will be open, neither a message on their phone. I find it disrespectful to customers advertising a time and making you waste your time going there."

"I went browsing in this store with no intention to buy but they had such great sales! My purchases were multiple necklaces and a linen top. I love all their jewelry.They tend to select the combination sets (earrings, ring, necklace and bracelet). Quality and finish is great and I combine with my other non Chico's jewelry. Staff is super and nice. Recommend this store for shopping."
