"I was able to find what I needed and within ten minutes was in and out. The longest part of the shopping experience was waiting in line as only two registers were open. Overall a pleasant trip."
"Great selection! Less stars because all the shoes have alarms that go off if you touch them or try them on. The whole store has the constant sound of screaming alarms. This is seriously a health issue for the staff and makes customers not want to spend time (and money!) there. Management needs to stop these overly sensitive alarms immediately. Maybe also install speakers playing nice relaxing music— a better work environment and shopping environment for staff and customers alike. Potentially an OSHA violation as it is."
"The reason why I put a low rating on the store location is because this cashier lady named Patricia spoke to me with attitude one time all because I didn’t know Spanish very well, but she needs to understand that I am an American, and she’s living in my country which is the United States. Patricia is very racist towards people that speak English which is really stupid because she’s living here in the U.S so if she wants to act racist, she can go back to her own country. Today I went back to Ross again to buy some new clothes, and she decided to gave me and my mother a nasty attitude look. She needs to get FIRED immediately. Manager, she’s very sweet and I’m glad that she was able to help me out with that situation, I’m grateful for the manager though. I happen to work at the customer service department, and I would never treat my customers like that!"
"The employees are the sweetest. This location has a lot to offer, in terms of variety and selections. The sales floor could use a bit more attention. For example, less clutter and proper placement of some merchandise. Notheless, it was a Ross experience!"
