Angel Paws Pet Grooming

"I have 2 dogs, one is 12, the other is 4. At first I loved the haircuts they gave them, they looked cute and well washed. But then I noticed they had cuts on their body when I would pick them up. ( My dogs have had SEVERAL different groomers and have never had any cuts on them from previous groomers, let alone any injuries. They also LOVED all previous groomers and would be excited, but when we took them here they were scared, and didn't want to go. It's also not like my dogs are squirmers, they're very still when groomed.) A few visits later, my 4 year old puppy had a HUGE laceration on her stomach (it was across her whole stomach). She had been noticibly HEAVILY BLEEDING and it was GRAPHIC. She had so much blood loss that it was extremely dangerous for her. The employees had the audacity to be rude to me after handing her back too. So to run you through that morning. I ALWAYS hand the dogs in when they open at 8:30 so i receive them 1 hour later, but this day they REFUSED to give me my dogs back. They held the dogs until 5pm ands thats when i noticed all the cuts and the huge laceration. They didn't even bother telling me about it just pretended it wasn't there, and didn't care. NEVER take your dog here if you care about their safety. Like I said, these dogs have been to SEVERAL groomers, one is 12 for crying out loud and this is the first time i've ever seen anything like this. I hope this place gets shut down or runs out of business before they do any real damage to someones dog, because thankfully my dog recovered after we treated the wound 8 HOURS after it happened. This place is a danger to all animals taken here. I had only taken them a few times to angel paws before this so I wasn't a long customer, I had debated putting this review up for a bit but just figured I should considering how bad of a situation it was."

When Angel Paws brought my baby from the back I started to cry tear of joy. This was an amazing and time efficient experience.
