"This is the worse CVS location in the US. Do not come here, transfer your meds to the walgreens down the street. They have my prescription medications and for days now and they don't have it in stock and refuse to transfer it to a different location so I can fill it. This medication if I do without it for too long can cause seizures but they do not care. The customer service is extremely poor and they are understaffed and underpaid. This location is the slum of the pharmacy world. Do NOT COME HERE!!!!"

"Today I had a very unpleasant interaction with Charmine when I checked out. First of all, I didn't know that the $10 simply expires if you don't use it and I was counting on that. She was short on her answer and then I mentioned that I had other promos that could I apply so I started looking on my phone and I found some rewards. She asked me if I could move aside because there was another customer behind me and she just rushed me out to finish my transaction. She was rude. She seemed desperate to try to help the other customer and at the same moment, the other associate showed up and she asked him to help her. Nobody likes to be rushed when you are in the middle of a transaction and what she did to me was wrong. When I left she just started laughing with the other associate. No respect."

"I have called for a simple issue and was transferred 3 times, each time having to repeat my problem, spell my name and phone number just to get transferred again. Find a way to work more efficiently because you are wasting mine and your time."

"I just went in to the pharmacy for a TDAP vaccine because I have a grandson on the way. I have a tremendous fear of needles! A lovely young lady named Marnisha gave me the injection. I honestly barely felt anything!! She was very kind and gentle!"

"Even prior to drive-thru covid testing, my minimum wait time for a drive thru pick up was at least 20 mins. That's assuming that they actually had my script ready, even after I got a call/text saying it was. It's also taken them 2 wks to ship my scripts after I was told they were ready for pickup."
