Five Below

"A guy with thick eyebrows and painted blonde hair was really rude at checkout. We arrive late to the store and after a few minutes the clock was exactly on 8 when this person start to yell and pushing off the store in a very unprofessional way. Their look and overall experience was really unpleasant. I know this store is a well respected business but people like this makes me not come back ever."

"My kids love 5 below & so do I for little quick goodies. We go to all the different locations a lot. About 3 days ago I went & bought a few little things for my daughters teacher- gum, binder clips, push pins etc.. the next day I decided to give them gift cards instead & so I came back today (about 5min ago) to return maybe 10 items. The older lady working the register at 11:12am - from the moment I walked in was rude. She was giving me a nasty face & when I told her politely that I needed to return the things she looked in the bag & said “oh my God!” Loud. I didn’t say anything & then she proceeded to scan everything making annoyed rude faces. When she was done scanning she then looks at me at with an attitude says..”what happened with all of that?” Umm.. I needed to return it? The customer service today was horrible. She made me feel weird about having to return things I no longer needed."

"This is my go-to location when I want to find a new & fun puzzle like The Office and Seinfeld, the two latest ones I put together. Besides the variety of puzzles, this store is constantly being refreshed in how they display the merchandise. I love that because I enjoy perusing through the shelves and aisles here. They always have a new surprise! There are also many great buys. The travel section is well-stocked with just about all you might need to clear TSA. In addition, my teen loves their surplus of candy! On this recent purchase, I bought a really nice ball and pop-up soccer goal for my granddaughter to train at home. She recently joined a little league and the boys are kicking her behind--so we have to ramp up the training! I also got one for my grandson--only because I've always made it a personal rule to get something for all of my grandchildren when I get something special for one. At this juncture, I'm going to need a side gig. Thank goodness for Five Below and the wonderful associates here! I know I can always go up to any of them and ask for either suggestions or help--even when some of the products are $10 and they're not willing to negotiate with me (tee-hee). All that to say that I love this store and definitely recommend it."

"Sooo many goodies from anime/video game posters to books to various other trinkets. They have plushies, basketballs, electric plugs/chargers, board games, T-shirts and more. A few of the items are now more than $5 due to inflation. Overall it was quite a treat seeing all of the products within the store. It is clean, organized and tidy."

"Interesting concept. Clean and organized store with a little bit of everything under five dollars. It has candies, home decoratiins, seasonal decorations, small electronics, exercise clothing, yoga mats and interesting storage and things that are great for a college room."
