"Terrible establishment. Don’t call to set up an appointment, they seldomly pick up their phones. To make matters worse, the Front desk worker is a rude individual. Makes me question how they treat the pets when left for grooming. Have only gotten a grooming once, and that will remain the last time. There are more elsewhere that is welcoming. Would give 0 stars if possible."

"Wonderful experience from start to finish. The friendliest staff who go above and beyond for your pet as well as the owners. I’m a new cat owner of a 7 year old Persian and I was unsure of how my cat would react to being groomed, staff did amazing and took into consideration the tolerance of my cat. My cat did not tolerate the underbelly and they could see how stressed my cat was and with their professional judgement stopped, which I greatly appreciated. They then began to recommend places with a vet on hand in case of needed sedation or medical attention. I highly recommend this place!!"

"Laurie did a fantastic job with my tiny Yorkie, Karma. I asked for the "full ride" (shampoo, condition, trim, ears, nails, teeth, glands, etc.) and boy did she deliver! I'm not sure Karma has ever looked or smelled this good. It's cute overload! Laurie was personable, professional, and her and her staff's communication was exemplary. Very highly recommended, as I will be back next time!"
