"I stay here every year but I will never stay here again! I had to go down to the desk and ask for towels, there is some kind of red dot stains on the sheets (blood?). I complained about it to the front desk but I still have the same sheets tonight. They were never changed. I made coffee this morning but they never replaced the cups. This place has REALLY gone down hill!!!"

"My wife and I went to this hotel holiday Inn Express the people there are great they help you in every way they can my wife had to go to Moffitt for an appointment they took us there and picked us up when we were done so the breakfast was very good love the pancakes my wife loved the breakfast too we had one problem that was very alarming the shower was a little slippery really I almost fell in it there's nothing in the shower we'll stop that should buy strips for it so you you're on Solid Ground so you don't fall and have no bars on there to hold on but besides that everything was good we'll go back hope they put the strips on the showers tubs"

"Hotel bed was great. No hot water in the morning is ridiculous especially after reading it’s been an on going issue, lamp dust work and phone did t work. Staff was nice just seems like cutting corners on renovation."

"After reading the reviews we took a chance. The hotel is under renovation as seen by the plastic wall near the elevator. The beds and size of the room are standard for any hotel. Not too big but not overly small. NO HOT water in the shower or sink. Front desk said ok like it wasn't their issue. Coffee Keurig didn't work at all. If you're looking for a quick over priced rest this is your place."
