Firehouse Subs Fowler

"Sandwiches are great when I can order them, however no online ordering at the Fowler Ave, Tampa location the past several times I have tried has had me ordering from a competitor instead. :( As a customer who is hard of hearing, online ordering ensures that I get exactly what I want with no room for miscommunication. I rarely place a ToGo order anywhere that doesn't have it, anymore. Update: 4 months later. Once again, I attempt to order. Once again, no mobile ordering at this location. Disappointing. Minus 1 star for continued lack of mobile ordering."

"So pretty much don’t ever go there when it’s T-Mobile promotion going on. These guys get super overwhelmed and show it. They started shouting that there will be 30 min wait for a sandwich there is a T-Mobile promotion and we have so many orders. No kind of structure or strategies on how to handle certain circumstances. It’s like they were shouting this speech over and over again to get customer to walk away so they can work on the pick up orders. Smh. One good note tho they were good at reading instructions of how I specifically wanted my sub so kuddos to that"

"All around me people were waiting a long time for their food. It wasn't just me when it hit 20 minutes I went to the front counter and asked when the food would be ready. The lady said that I ordered a new sandwich that wasn't on the menu when I clearly saw it was on the menu. She said she had to make the coleslaw to go with the sandwich meanwhile people sitting next to me were waiting for their food and another customer got up and asked where his food was ....service is lacking at this location. I'm not sure if it's management or the people that they hired. The average weight for a fast food order should be 6 to 8 minutes not 15 to 20 minutes"

"Never been here before but I’ll definitely start coming more. I didn’t know what to order so I just got the steak and cheese. Workers were nice and my order didn’t take long. Food was amazing"
