"CH does not stand by its products. Customer service, attention to detail, customer retention, and quality of the product is not what is expected much less advertised. My husband purchased a $2k+ purse and just 2 months in, the leather on the straps came apart. CH manager told me they had to contact corporate, that was almost a month and a half ago, still waiting on supposedly a pair of new straps! Not a new item but straps. I have to constantly call for updates because no one from the store has the courtesy to call. Everytime is the same response, :we didn't receive it in this shipment, it should be next week". You figure that you are buying quality because of the price you pay when in reality you are just buying more expensive for no reason at all."
