"If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a pair of trainers on my way to the airport to fly back to the UK - my last purchase of my holiday. Paid, drove to airport, put box in airport bin, put trainers in suitcase & flew home. On closer inspection, I have discovered a fault with the left trainer in that the tongue has been sewn into the trainer incorrectly causing a bump due to excess material. Having contacted ASICS US via their online forms, the store directly and ASICS in the UK, no one seems bothered about inspecting them or offering me a refund. Therefore ASICS at Vineland Outlets earned $88 for absolutely nothing. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I am left with an unwearable pair of trainers due to a manufacturing fault. Even spent over £10 on 1 phone call to the store dorext to be told that the store I bought them from can't do anything. AVOID!"
