"My daughter and I returned to this store August 6th to buy the shoes she wanted 13 minutes before they closed and were denied entry. There were a hand full of customers still inside shopping. I told the girl at the door we already knew what we wanted and she still wouldn't let us in. I asked to speak to a manager because of her rude attitude and she said well I'm the manager so what do you need. Her name was Tisha and I can't believe a business would allow a manager to represent a business like this. I know it was close to closing time but the Nike outlet store let us inside and we found some shoes she liked."

"I purchased a pair of shoes at this location on Sunday. While I may have tolerated my unwelcomed shopping experience, but the dishonesty is what prompted me to review this store. I walked into the store and was not acknowledged by the 4-5 disengaged employees. Unlike other locations where employees approached me to assist with sizing, I brought the shoes to the register. The associate then told me they didn't have the shoe and had the audacity to ask me to put the shoe back on the wall! I ended up just asking for another color since I needed shoes for a present. My shopping experience was overall unpleasant. After taking my payment, the employee rated themself highly without my input. If given the option, my rating would be in the negative to the point where I'd consider returning the shoes. Love the shoes. Hated the reminder of the experienced intact with what I paid for."
