"Horrible experience! Never shopping at Aldo Florida mall again. I bought 3 pairs of shoes for my boyfriend yesterday, almost 400$. We buy shoes every 3-6 months for his job. Unfortunately because he works so much he can not come into the store, so 2/3 of the shoes didn’t fit. I came to exchange them for a different size. The red hair manager looked at the shoes and said she can’t exchange them because they have been worn out? I said how if I just got the yesterday? She says then with attitude the sole is worn out. I said the must’ve sold them to me that way? She then says we’ll next time look at them better before you purchase….. I said I am never purchasing at this store again. She then finds the salesman who sold them to me to confirm. While I’m there she gets into an argument with another customer who she refuses to help and exchange their shoes. When the upset customers leave she said I would’ve helped them but they gave me attitude? What kind of business is being ran here? Unbelievable. The gentleman who sold me the shoes helped me exchange them but the red hair manager got involved and said there are none of those sizes in stock. To later find out they did have them she refused to sell them to me and had the shoes shipped."

"I usually do not write reviews but I felt I had to do so today. The store associate Alondra was super friendly and smiling all the time despite the store being full and packed with customers, she acted like a friend or a sis helping us to make a decision. She deserves a raise."

"I went to Aldo a couple weeks ago to try on shoes I was going to use for an event. Picked out 2 shoes to bring home to try on with my dress. Tried on both shoes at the store to make sure they fit, walked around the store, and got checked out by supposedly the store manager. Today, I went to return both shoes because I did not wear either for the event. The manager of the store, different from the one that checked me out originally, accepted one return but declined the other because “it appears worn”. Mind you the shoe only has some dirt on the balls of the heel, but no scuffs/creasing/odor/any sign of wear. She was condescending and refused to examine the shoe any further to determine whether it had actually been worn outside of the store. She claimed that the store manager, who checked me out originally, “would never sell a shoe in this condition”. Well, it was sold to me. All I did was walk around the store with the shoe, and take them out of the box at home. Didn’t even put them on and walk around my house with them on. The way she presented herself during the interaction was completely unacceptable. So if you take something from my review, PLEASE make sure the shoes you are going to purchase are in perfect condition before you purchase them. We can’t even trust the associates to sell us shoes that are acceptable for return if not worn."

She had dark curly hair and was from Puerto Rico; she was super friendly and very helpful finding me a pair of heels to go with an outfit I was going to be wearing out on the town. Not sure the man's name at the check out counter who rang me up, but I have to give him a shout out too cause he was really nice!"
