"Customer service is great if you say your purchasing something from the start. Other times I’ve been in the store and I’ve just been ignored like other people around me, never gotten any greetings, and staff is always talking among themselves basically ignoring who ever comes in unless you ask for help or questions."
"Great customer service. The employees were professional and ready and willing to help you. I was also greeted upon entering the store. This was my second purchase this week,and all I can say is I had an exceptional shopping experience both times. I would definitely recommend and shop there again."
"My husband and I visited Vans looking for a pair of matching checkered sk8-hi shoes or slip-ons. Customer service was excellent since someone (sorry forgot his name) offered to help us as soon as we were near the kicks section. Tried on about 6 pairs of slip-ons and classic style between the two of us (tough to find our size in both styles), but they didn't have the fit that we were comfy with. Found other items that I wanted (checkered mini-backpack & change purse) so still had a fun shopping experience. I also got 2 of their reusable bags since it's nice to give back to the nonprofits that Vans' supports. Mei at the counter was friendly, efficient, and informative regarding our questions for custom printed Vans. 10/10 rating for this store. Would visit if we're ever in Jax again. Joined the Vans family online so I hope to win those free custom kicks at the end of this month! Note: masks are required here and there is a store capacity limit so be sure to read the sign at the entrance before you waltz in."
"This crew knows what they are doing! Very prompt and friendly customer service. Not pushy! We had a few questions about sizing and the gentleman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable about the shoes he was selling. For as busy as the store was I certainly appreciate the level of attention each patron was receiving. I’ll skip all the other shoe stores to come to the Vans store simply because they understand what quality customer service is. We also checked out pricing and they are comparable to all other stores. We found many items on clearance and we were given a cool blanket as a gift for spending a certain amount."
