"I came in because I saw a shoe online and wanted to try it on in store before I brought it and I’m so glad I did. Their mens dress shoes run a little large @ the back so I went down a whole size. Chantelle helped me the entire time and was so patient and nice and she also helped me with the comfort aspect and showed me things to make the shoe perfect. Kudos to her I finally completed my Halloween outfit."

"Horrible Customer service experience . Hard to bring business to this location . Unfriendly staff . Store closes at 7pm doors should not be locked at 6:50pm. And customer should be spoken to by an associate from outside a locked door at 6:50pm! Especially if a reservation was made to pick up a item at this location. Big inconvenience. Worst customer service I’ve experienced from any Aldo’s location. inappropriate and unprofessional staff"
