"If I could give negative stars I would. I walked in and the child working was having a snack while on FaceTime with a friend chatting about video games and what not. I was not greeted upon entering there was no interaction made. I needed help but I would’ve hated to interrupt the conversation he was having over FaceTime or phone or whatever. I wanted to purchase a pair of $144 Birkenstocks but the sale went to another establishment due to the awful manners and lack of customer service skills. Highly disappointed."
