"I went there on Sunday afternoon and the person ( man) who was at the register was very unprofessional, rude, unprepared, and very disrespectful. He refused to print my receipt and said it was going to go through email yet he wrote my email wrong and I never got the receipt. He knew I would complain. I paid cash and he didn’t give me my whole change plus he couldn’t even understand the basic math of change he needed to give me. I waited in line for about 25 minutes since he didn’t know how to do his job. Holidays are such a busy time for shopping, having such a incapable person taking care of customers makes the store and the company look like a nightmare"
