Although we had to make changes and accomodations in our home to take on this responsibility it has been a pleasant experience using Soapy's Dog Wash. We have not owned a dog in years, and because the dog would be joining us at the start of the holiday season we anticipated facing certain challenges with travel and grooming our dog. "About two weeks ago I took my shitzu mix to be groomed. This time I asked him to be trimmed not cut too short except around face and feet. When I went to pick him up I was told he had accidents and was difficult. Fine but do what I ask for and please let me know he was cut under his arm. I asked for a call to discuss what tools were used and how did it go unnoticed. Receiving a call from the owner with no resolution or answer to my questions/concerns. I am still waiting for answers to my questions. Even my vet was surprised it went unnoticed. Not happy with the outcome of resolving the issue and my concerns. As an owner my email and photo, as well as consulting with the groomer, should have been handled prior to calling me. That first call to me didn’t come until about 8 hours after opening the business that day and my email was sent the evening prior. I was also told because he his anxious he is bound to have accidents happen. I pay for a difficult dog fee so it shouldn’t happen!"

"My family has come here for years and we absolutely love this place. Everyone here is always so kind and helpful and we love the set up. Our dog is NOT friendly with other people at all so we can't take him to be groomed by someone else without it being very stressful for him and the groomer. And we do not have a tub at home or shower that would fit him so the tubs here are perfect. They have multiple shampoo options and assorted brushes for all coat types for big and small dogs alike. They even have little ear covers for your pups when you use a high velocity dryer on them to protect their ears. Super great place and great staff. He always gets a cookie from the counter after we leave as well."
