"This has been the worst hotel experience in my entire life! I worked for Marriott for years and I’ve been harassed and mistreated since I arrived. The front desk associates are extremely rude. They don’t greet you. We had to wait 2 hours to get in our room after I showed them my reservation confirmation. I was rudely interrupted by one of the staff stating that I couldn’t have my dinner because they wanted to get the luggage cart. I was ignored when I wanted to buy snacks. It’s an abomination and I’m never ever coming back to this terrible excuse for a hotel."

"Was a Little skeptical when I booked but the location to where I needed to be was super convenient. Room was quiet and clean. The hotel staff is really courteous, Alex the Lady at the bar was extremely nice and gave me a good recommendation from the kitchen menu. Ended staying to eat at the hotel instead of going out twice. Thanks Aloft and Alex for the service."

"Great stay. Very clean. Our stay was quiet too. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were fantastic! The location is a 5 minute drive/20 min walk to the Brightline Aventura Station."

"The hotel is good and clean. I am about to say I enjoy staying at this hotel for about a week until I figure out that I lost my personal item at this hotel room. When I was going to checkout the room and pack my luggage, I didn’t see my branded hat, which costs me about 200 dollars. I am sure that I left my hat on the table since the morning on the Jan. 3, 2024. But I was noticed I lost it when I pack my luggage. I am depressed that I lost the hat at the hotel room. I am looking forward the assistants of room service and lost & found can help, and find my hat back."

"The hotel itself is nice. The location would've been great if they had a valet. I had to circle the area because it doesn't have a front door to the lobby. You have to go out back in a different area and go up an elevator to get to the lobby. The parking that they have is a garage customers use to shop and eat. I do not think it's right for guests especially those who are disabled to have to do all that just to get to their hotel. What made my stay even worse was when I got to the receptionist, she told me she didn't have any more KING BEDS... did not apologize for the inconvenience or anything. At that moment I wanted to cancel and just received my money back because I paid over $200 for a night that was not a good night for me and my boyfriend. But yeah if you are traveling for work or do not need a vehicle I guess this is the spot for you but the details outside the building weren't helpful, and the staff wasn't helpful or even inviting. Worst stay for me and I get hotels a lot!"
