"The staff here is extremely attentive and friendly. This hotel is like a home away from home very peaceful. Large rooms. The location is great if you have a vehicle but if you don't there are no stores near by."

"If there were 6 stars to give Extended Stay Salisbury location then I definitely would. When my family and I arrived at check in the outside landscaping of the property was very nice and well kept, walking into the lobby it had a very welcoming feeling and the staff were very professional, accommodating, and very nice. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was very pleased with the room due to it being more than I expected. After a couple of days staying the staff continued to greet with a smile, professionalism and accommodating with all needs. My family and I have been very pleased with our stay here. We will definitely return to this location when considering a hotel and will be referring family and friends as well. Thank you to all staff, especially Ms Leticia for making my family feel very welcomed and making our stay enjoyable!"

"Ms Tish (the manager) does an amazing job at keeping this location clean and safe for everyone. She is very aware of everything that goes on from the staff to the guest and goes above and beyond to make sure all guest are satisfied. Front desk staff Meghan, Alexia, and Jenn are the sweetest and so helpful! Customer service from all 4 is nothing short of amazing!"

"I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Extended-stay suites in Jacksonville, and I must say, it was a complete disaster. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a strong, unpleasant odor that permeated the entire building. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for the staff, as the hotel was dirty and unkempt. To make matters worse, there were sketchy people loitering around the premises, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. It seemed like the hotel had no control over who was allowed on the property, and this lack of security was deeply concerning. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because they advertised a complimentary breakfast. However, to my disappointment, there was no breakfast available during my entire stay. It was a blatant false promise that left me feeling deceived and hungry. Overall, my experience at the Extended-stay suites in Jacksonville was nothing short of a nightmare. The dirty and unpleasant environment, the presence of sketchy individuals, and the lack of breakfast made it a truly terrible stay. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value cleanliness, safety, and the fulfillment of advertised amenities."
