"It's clean and quite but if u don't have a car it's not located in a good area rooms are ok but outdated cable goes in and out a lil expensive"

"Spend a few more dollars and look elsewhere. I see very inexpensive rates for this hotel and with the addition of taxes and fees- you will pay over $100.00 for a room where you will NOT awaken refreshed. Bed squeaks with EVERY move- even breathing. And breathing will be compromised as the rooms reek of mold and lingering smoke, and little air movement. If the bed and smells do not interfere with your sleep then the sound of the air conditioner with the filthy filter will. Poor air conditioning unit could was not able to cool or even slightly freshen the stale, unhealthy air in the room. And finally- no coffee? And nowhere within walking distance to get that caffeine. The vending machines are not an option. And the staff. I think that house keeping needs coffee and a chat about manners and professionalism. This is a sad little hotel barely hanging on to life. No nostalgic character left."

"The place is dirty as hell and honestly gives serial killer motel room. They don’t have any amenities. I’ve stayed in hostels better than this for less. You’re quite literally paying for somewhere to lay your head and that’s all."

"Recently stayed two night and I must say it was a pretty nice room. The room was basic, think Spirit Airlines. Being and older hotel it was very clean and well kept and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. A complimentary call about check it was a nice touch after making the reservation two months earlier. I spent two days here an my only complaints were the hot water doesn't get super hot, there was only one garbage can in the room and the beds were older but those were minor inconveniences, and bared no weight in my overall experience here. Located on a busy street my room face the front and I was able to people watch right outside my window and very tasty food was only a simple walk stroll away. For the price and the convience this place was a great find. I would definitely stay here again when in Miami"

"Affordable and good quality hotel. I was taken very good care of here. I am happy to report that I had a pleasant experience. Rooms were clean everyday, professional customer service, great location 20-40min to Miami convention center/South Beach, depending on traffic. Easy to locate and park."
