"Beautiful property. Every staff member was attentive, happy and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast plentiful and pool inviting, especially with the "dancing lights" at night! Great location - walkable to the "miracle mile" with shops and restaurants, and close to the free tram stop as well."

"Booked a room here to celebrate my birthday and was pleasantly welcomed by the front desk staff. When Bini heard it was my birthday, she literally walked around the counter to give me a joyful hug and upgraded us to a suite. It was a highlight of the experience. Not to mention the Mediterranean chic, upscale bohemian atmosphere (my favorite). Even the cleaning staff in the hallway presented with joy and kindness! I was concerned at breakfast, when I had an allergic reaction to the food, after warning the server of my severe food allergies. She repeated the order back to me to confirm, and I felt confident I would have no issues. Unfortunately, someone else brought it out to the table and in the last bite, the reaction started. Despite the scare, I will definitely be back here! I am really appreciative of how the managers handled the incident, demonstrated care and concern, and problem solved."
"Minus the shower leaking to floor, high priced parking 50 daily or in and out prices. Overall, my stay was great. Staff seemed good. Housekeeping amazing once I get her name, I will come back and post. Met me on my way out and asked if I needed anything and had it there by the time I made it back. The room I rented was to be fresh, and the air etc.. machine was off and bit stuffy."
"Love this place. The location is great. The miracle mile is within walking distance. Staff is friendly and kind. I spend 1/3 of the year in Hotels. The rooms here are modern, comfortable, relaxing, and clean. Bonus, if you get sick, urgent care is located around the block. The pool and jacuzzi are inviting."
