"Very limited parking. Had to park on a dark street and could not see the car. Could hear what sounded like gunshots. All the homes in the area had bars on the windows with fenced in yards. Gentleman was polite but spoke broken English. It was hard to communicate. I had reservations and it was difficult to make them understand. I was told I could not stay because no rooms. Room was very small and smells bad. Roof leaks, could see mold on the rafters where the ceiling had fell. Buckets sitting in.middle of the hallway."
"Good clean, safe place to stay while getting settled in Miami. No druggies or drunks are allowed. Lucy runs the place and is sweet as anything, but will not put with nonsense."
