"Horrible shopping experience. Attempted to do my Christmas shopping through the website only for my order to be declined with no email. Even an email saying “your order has been cancelled” would be okay but no communication at all!! I tried doing a replacement order for instore pick up instead but the order was cancelled once again! I am very upset because I have loved shopping at five below in the past, but because of this holiday ruining experience, I will be looking elsewhere for my shopping needs (Walmart, target, or Amazon)."
