He takes the time to make the kids comfortable and explain things to them in addition to figuring out the perfect fit & style to match their needs. It is well organized and everything was clean. "Absolutely fantastic experience today. I've had eye issues since I was young, and have been to many many eye doctors to get glasses. This was my first time getting my child glasses at a children's specialty shop. Mark was so kind and thorough and most importantly, patient with my 1.5 year old. He sanitized everything prior to us arriving, so I felt comfortable letting my son play with the toys in the very comfortable office. If you are a parent, you get it. No one wants to let their kids touch the toys at the dr, but they always want to. It was a huge relief knowing they were cleaned thoroughly between patients.
