"After ordering an Easter basket, I was told on March 31 that the new shipment was delayed until after Easter. I told her I would still like to order it so she said she would put a note on the top of my order slip stating that I still wanted it after Easter. I followed up on 6/1 after hearing nothing. I never received a reply. Yesterday I emailed requesting a refund and I still have not received a reply."
"DO NOT order from this store online. They have basically stolen my money. Took payment for an order via credit card. Several weeks later, still no sign of my order and It took multiple message (via email and Facebook) to get any response from them (when it says orders will be shipped in 4-6 business days) for them to finally admit that they never had the item in stock and it was discontinued. Said they would refund me 'right away'. Three weeks later and I'm still waiting and now they're not responding to any of my messages."
"I have purchased many times from Kennedy's Closet. I have been very satisfied every time. I ordered a back to school outfit with a monogram and it arrived on time. I shopped over the holidays and found some great sale items. Another time I got a cute outfit for myself in the adult section. They have a large bow section and cute kid shoes. I recommend this shop!"
"Never buy from them. I placed an order on 11/19 with the expectation I will receive it by 12/5. When I did not get it I called on 12/15 and they said they had delays and I will receive the merchandise by 12/19. Never received it and call again 0n 12/22. just to be told they do not have the merchandise and for me to select something different. So I cancelled the order and now I have to deal with my credit card company since they charged my account since 11/19. So be wise and buy from somebody else."
