"First and foremost... Forget the room... the location... the amenities... Working with Lisa, the rental, the arrival, the assistance, and the overall management of the stay was the best experience we've had with Airbnb! Everything was carefully laid out for our arrival. All instructions down to where to park our car... Everything! It makes a huge difference. She is a call or a text away to solve any issue... When we arrived, I tried to plug in my electronics and found several outlets were dead. I reached out an within 2 minutes, had my answer on how to get it working. What did Lisa's commitment to her property mean in the end? Something that is hard to find when traveling... Peace of Mind! On to the rental... It was small, but very comfortable... and CLEAN! The kitchen was fully functional with everything you need if you don't want to go out every meal. Even a blender so my wife could make her daily smoothie! The bathroom was a bit tight, but again, clean and ery recently re-done. Plenty of hot water with great pressure so you are not rinsing off for 10 minutes! The bed and couch were very comfy. The bed especially is critical to a good stay because if you sleep poorly, you're gonna have a bad time. Even the floors, with the fact that it is a beach town... were clean and sand free! Not an easy task. Outside the unit, there was a small wading pool with a waterfall that was vvery tastefully decorated... even though it was too cold to go in, just sitting there made you feel like you were in a private luxury retreat. Very zen like. Also used the laundry facilities. They worked well. Lastly, the location was perfect! We were so close to the city center. The provided bikes make it easy to get around. The beach was 10 minutes away by car. Couldn't ask for a better spot! Final thoughts... We go to St. Pete semi frequently as our youngest daughter lives there... and we will now be staying at Lisa's properties going forward. We know it will make our trip a success! Thank you Lisa for everything!"

"I’m hesitant to write this review. . . If everyone finds out how amazing this property is, it might be harder to book!! The peacock was amazing!! Clean and well appointed! Great location!! Access to everything nearby!!! Perfect for vacation or a few day getaway!! Will book again!! Lisa was amazing and considerate. Great communication!! TY for everything! Dave & Carol"

"Planned a birthday trip for my boyfriend and didn't want to do a hotel. The Peacock was great. It was a quaint one bedroom that was perfect for our mini getaway. The place was really clean. Lisa was professional, helpful and responded very timely. We had an amazing relaxing trip and it didn't take long to get around to nice places in the city. One thing I would note so the review is complete, none of these are detractors from booking again, but think they should be notated. The walls were kind of thin and you could hear the neighbors. We didn't hear them often, but not in a way that was disruptive to sleep time."

"Very lovely ‘tiny house’ in a great location. The kitchen had all the essentials, the bathroom was very nice and seemed to have just been renovated. We made use of the laundry facility which was great to have as we had been travelling the previous week. We didn’t have chance to use the bikes but appreciated that they were provided though - if we had had more time we would have used them to explore the area even more. Perfect for a short stay and exactly what we wanted. Would recommend!"

"We stayed at Sunray. It was a little tight inside, but we were not there to sit around. There is a private deck at the bottom of the steps where we spent most of the time while at the rental. Super and safe location with a 10 minute drive to downtown plus several restaurants in a very short walking distance. Parking is right at the front door. The kitchen is equipped with everything one would need. We donated reusable K pods for coffee drinkers! Communication with Lisa was great and she made us feel free to ask questions or request information about anything. at anytime. Information about the rental/washer-dryer/parking was all very clear. We will stay there again when the opportunity comes back up to stay in St. Pete!"
