"Purchased family shirts for my two year olds first trip to Disney. Initially, i was happy with the purchase. Ordered easily, came expeditiously, and while the shirts were poor quality and the vinyl or screen press used was terrible, they would’ve served their intended purpose. The issue arose when just a week before we were to leave, i noticed the shirt design turning colors on ALL of the shirts. Anything that was black, turned brown. I emailed the company that was said to have 24/7 customer support and did not hear back until the day before we left 6days later, which obviously I’m not answering. The shirts were trashed at that point and i enlisted the services of another local small shop to make us shirts for our trip. The point of this post is to make others aware of the piss poor service provided by this brand and their unwillingness to stand by their product. Once we returned from our trip, i replied stating that the shirts were trashed and that I’d be speaking with my bank. While $52 is not a lot of money in the grand scheme of things, poor customer service is. After proving that their “24/7” customer service was just a line on their website and not actually true, Bargain Bows had the nerve to refute their piss poor merchandise when countless other reviews (i should’ve checked those prior to ordering) mention similar stories. Do better, go somewhere else for shirts. I’m not sure how their bows are."

"I normally don't do reviews like this but its much needed to save others from hassle. I order about 2m ago from them and had a shipping issue.Well they claimed to give me a discount that I never received and apologize then got it straightened out. Well I forgave and decided to give another chance cause mistakes happen Well I wish I didnt have They sent wrong shirt about almost 2w ago now ive messaged um numerous times and emailed um They was viewed my message and ignoring it Day before yesterday they responded to ask me what was the issue when I've sent the screen shots over 4times So I sent it again and now haven't heard back Ive spent over $600 just this year with these people and never again will I they lost my business So save your time before wasting your money and the hassle"

They have an amazing variety of bows that not only come in their boxes, but of what they sell on their website. They run promotions very frequently, which is very helpful! I love their products and I’ll definitely be purchasing from them for years to come!"
