"The hotel check in area is cute, but I didn't realize the rooms had exterior access (reminds me of a motel) and feels less safe. The door lock (the extra one above the regular one) was loose on the room. When opening the door we were hit with a wet dog smell. Linens were clean, although the floors were not. Bathroom floor was visibly dirty. My white socks were dark grey after walking around on the floors. Beds were comfy and the shower was clean. I wouldn't recommend for a long stay, but it was ok for one night."

"THEY STOLE MY MONEY WITH A FAKE SMOKING FEE: So this is a cautionary tail. I booked a room here and when my family got to the hotel, They put us in room 241 where our windows were directly over the area where there AC units were. We tried to get another but unfortunately the other rooms offered were a downgrade. So we stuck it out. The real issue is that after talking to the staff they knew we were from out of state. We stayed 4 days with complaint from anyone but when I got home I received a $250 smoking fee. I was there with my 5 yr. old daughter who has asthma. So I would never smoke in the room or any room with her in it. I called several time to speak with the manager and was never allowed to. I asked what proof they have of smoking in the room and they said the manager has pictures of ashes on the bed. I asked them to send them to me, they said the manager has them and would send them. However I haven’t been able to speak to the manager nor have a seen the pictures that don’t exist. They have not attempted to pay my money back. This is what they do to scam more money out of you if you are from out of state. DO NOT STAY HERE,THEY WILL STEAL MONEY OFF OF YOUR CARD. If you are from out of state that means you can’t just walk up to the front desk to dispute it."

"Definitely not as pictured or what we expected. More like an old motel that was "upgraded" several years ago. The room smelled stale. The phone felt like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The comforters were super thin. The heat didn't work! Called down to the front desk( that's why we had to touch the phone) they brought up a room heater fairly quickly. It did the trick. It looked like there were rooms in the building of the lobby. Maybe those were nicer and more "boutique." But the ones outside definitely were not."

"I read a few iffy reviews about this hotel, but I'll be honest. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is older and needs to be updated, BUT it was clean, everything worked, the pool was nice, and the cafe was nice. The service was outstanding. Check-in was easy and fast, and the hotel is close to A LOT of things. The area felt safe, and I enjoyed my stay. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's a good stay for the price. The beds are comfortable as well. I would stay here again."
