"It was a good place for my family…. We just needed a room for one night due to traveling and being tried from driving . The people were very friendly a Tony gave some of the best customer service. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely go back."

"Unpleasant Experience and Unprofessional Behavior. Extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by the front desk night shift lady, ROSA. My experience was marred by several incidents that are unacceptable for any customer: 1. **Denied Bathroom Access:** Despite being a paying customer and having driven 12 hours from out of state, I was shockingly denied access to the restroom. 2. **Service Animal Needs:** My service animal required water, and addressing this basic need became unnecessarily challenging. 3. **Language Barrier and Racist Behavior:** Rosa, racist, started speaking to me in another language, assuming I understood. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also reinforces negative stereotypes. It's essential to recognize that I don't speak Spanish, and making such assumptions is not acceptable, especially in America. 4. **Misspelled Last Name:** Adding to the list of grievances, my last name was misspelled, reflecting a lack of attention to detail and customer care. I strongly believe that such behavior is intolerable and warrants immediate action. I will be following up on this review with corporate and reaching out to management on LinkedIn to ensure that these issues are addressed comprehensively."

"There last night. Room had a funny smell. The night clerk was very helpful, but the woman who came on this morning was not. Included breakfast was None Existent! We went down at 7 am and there wasn't even coffee!"

"The room looked old and smelled bad. Some of the lights in our room didn't work. The walls are very thin, and I could hear someone in the room next to us coughing. The toilet clogged on the very first flush and continued to run after future flushes. Clearly, something inside it was broken. The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable, and it squeaked and popped when I rolled over. The hotel was out of extra pillows that we really needed. Multiple dogs were barking almost all night in other rooms, which was LOUD. The TV channels didn't work at all. Only one trash can in the entire room, in the bathroom next to the toilet. No trash can in the hallways or by the elevator. The breakfast was abysmally bad. Grab and go pre-made snack items only. No hot food at all that we were expecting. This was the absolute worst attempt at providing a free breakfast that I've ever seen from a hotel in all my years of traveling. No housekeeping was provided to our room whatsoever. Didn't use the pool. I would NEVER stay here again."

"This was my worst hotel experience ever. This place was so gross. Checked in, went to my room & immediately checked out. The hotel is behind a nightclub which I didn’t realize. As soon as you get out of your car, it reeks like weed. I could see people smoking weed on the first floor rooms from outside. The lobby was messy - welcome rug probably hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. Couch pillows thrown around & had stains on it. The receptionist wasn’t present, I had to wait for her. Checked in & was informed main elevator was broken. There was a cockroach in the hallway! Trash in laundry room overflowing & my room was disgusting. The floors had stains on them & bathroom laminate was melted where someone had ashed on the floor. Left & went down the road to Marriott’s Springhill Suites. So worth the extra cash, I felt so comfortable when I got there & the gentlemen were so helpful. Most importantly …it was CLEAN!"
