The Beach on Longboat Key Resort

"Me & my wife spent a mini vacation for our anniversary at The Beach & it certainly didn’t disappoint! From the moment we checked in until We checked out we were satisfied! The woman at the front desk let us check in a bit early so we could go down & enjoy the beach for a few hours! The beach was about 30 steps from our room it was a beautiful pathway & the resort had lounge chairs & umbrellas down on the beach for your convenience. We enjoyed dinner @ Michaels on East in Sarasota which was about 15-20 mins away from the resort (highly recommend, bring your wallet) This place was a hidden gem tucked in the middle of longboat key! Very peaceful & quiet & we will certainly be back!"

"The views are spectacular! The beach is beautiful and the convenience of the ocean makes it easy to relax. The location is 15-20 minutes from downtown making it convenient to go out and enjoy a night on the town. Rooms are nice, but the beds are small and placed in a confined space. Overall, we had a great stay. I highly recommend staying here!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our mini getaway at this place with pur very own private beach access.... The beach is literally 30 to 35 steps from the rooms on the first floor. We stayed in B103 which was right by the entrance to the pool n ocean. Just wished the island had more gas stations..."

"The Girlfriend and I visited here on 6/17 thru 6/19/23. WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Very peaceful, very clean! Great place for couples ( or families) to get away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy spots. Great value for what you get! Highly recommend this place! We will be back again and again!"
